AED Rent (Belgium) is seeking an enthusiastic Account Handler to join our team at our headquarters in Willebroek!

Qualifications and Skill Set

  • Multilingual: Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English to assist customers in their preferred language.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Excel; knowledge of R2 is a plus.
  • Affinity with audiovisual technologies and the ability to inform customers about them.
  • Flexible, energetic, and able to work under pressure.
  • Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare, follow up, and advise on quotations: Skilled in drafting and closely monitoring quotations while providing expert advice to customers.
  • Customer communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring smooth and friendly communication.
