Job Description
In this versatile position, you will combine responsibility for our time registration system (Primetime) with processing payroll via EBLOX (SD Worx).
You are the link between HR, payroll, and the shop floor, ensuring that everything related to time registration and payroll is handled flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the time registration system (Primetime): check and correct time entries, overtime, leave and sick days; manage work schedules; and onboard new employees.
Act as a bridge between departments and HR: gather accurate input and follow up on any irregularities.
Responsible for the complete payroll processing of blue- and white-collar workers via EBLOX (SD Worx), including monthly payroll runs, changes, vacation days, bonuses, etc.
Review and validate input from time registration, allowances, absences, and more.
Ensure correct application of social legislation and internal payroll procedures.
Serve as the point of contact for employees with questions about salaries, absences, or time registration.
Requirements
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll and/or HR administration.
A bachelor’s degree in HR, administration, or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience with EBLOX (SD Worx) and Primetime, or a similar time registration system, is a strong asset.
Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation and working time regulations.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Communicative, assertive, and customer-oriented: you are not afraid to address issues and communicate clearly.
Hands-on mentality: you work independently, proactively, and step in where needed.
