AED group is looking for motivated people. As a Back Office Representative (Repair), you are the link between customers and the Repair department. You handle requests, follow up on quotations and repairs, and ensure the smooth logistical processing of products — all within a dynamic team at our headquarters in Willebroek.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining an overview of the entire repair process (from order to post-repair)

Assisting customers via email, phone, and at the counter

Managing the service mailbox and handling service requests up to work orders

Processing repair requests in the system

Preparing quotations for parts and following up until the order is placed

Checking stock and requesting prices from suppliers

Labeling and inspecting incoming parts

Logistical handling of repaired products

Requirements

You can rely on your experience as a back-office or administrative employee and are not afraid to take a hands-on approach

You have a keen eye for detail and can switch flexibly between different tasks

Knowledge of Navision is an asset

You have a strong command of Dutch and French

You can work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset

You are not afraid to ask questions and think along about improvements
