Qualifications and Skill Set
Minimum 3 years of work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in an economic field.
Understanding of accounting data, P&L, and balance sheet.
Experience with ERP and reporting systems, such as Navision and Power BI.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Entrepreneurial, dynamic, hands-on mindset.
Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Strong communication skills across both finance and sales/operational environments.
Conceptual and analytical thinking abilities.
Driven to understand and improve finance & business processes.
Ability to translate accounting data into actionable reports for sales and operations.
Capable of working independently and setting priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties
Build and maintain financial and business reports in Power BI & Excel.
Report to the Group Controller and CFO.
Collaborate and communicate with Managing Directors.
Monitor KPIs: Sales, Margins, WCAP, Cashflow, etc.
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
Lead the CSRD (Sustainability Reporting) project with an external consultant.
Participate in cross-functional projects (IT / Operations / Sales / etc.).
Contribute to system optimization.
Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks based on temporary priorities within AED.
