Qualifications and Skill Set

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an economic field.
  • Understanding of accounting data, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Experience with ERP and reporting systems, such as Navision and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic, hands-on mindset.
  • Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills across both finance and sales/operational environments.
  • Conceptual and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Driven to understand and improve finance & business processes.
  • Ability to translate accounting data into actionable reports for sales and operations.
  • Capable of working independently and setting priorities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties

  • Build and maintain financial and business reports in Power BI & Excel.
  • Report to the Group Controller and CFO.
  • Collaborate and communicate with Managing Directors.
  • Monitor KPIs: Sales, Margins, WCAP, Cashflow, etc.
  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
  • Lead the CSRD (Sustainability Reporting) project with an external consultant.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects (IT / Operations / Sales / etc.).
  • Contribute to system optimization.
  • Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks based on temporary priorities within AED.
