In this role, you are responsible for monitoring the quality of our incoming goods and supporting our customers with technical questions and warranty requests. You are a crucial link between logistics, product management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Quality control: Performing detailed quantitative and qualitative inspections of incoming goods, checking for damage, technical defects, and completeness of deliveries.
Inventory management: Conducting regular spot checks of stock, recording and reporting any discrepancies.
Technical follow-up: Handling warranty claims and complaints both administratively and operationally, including scheduling repairs and monitoring repair status.
Problem-solving: Independently investigating possible causes of quality issues, proposing solutions, and coordinating corrective actions with the Product Manager.
Documentation and reporting: Accurately recording all inspections, findings, and actions taken in our systems to ensure a complete and traceable file.
Customer contact: Responding to customer inquiries about technical issues or warranty cases professionally and courteously, both by phone and email.
Managing the demo inventory.
Requirements
You have an affinity with the entertainment industry.
You have a strong sense of responsibility.
You can work independently and analytically.
You are communicative and customer-oriented.
You understand the importance of quality control for customer satisfaction.
You are technically minded and have basic knowledge of electronics/electricity.
You are proficient in MS Office.
You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
