*The Performance of the projector after lamp refurbish is depending on the actual state of the projector. Wear and tear and/or any other defects will impact the performance of the projector. AED Display cannot be held responsible for the performance of the projector in general.

Additional Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for bare lamps or opting to refurbish your lamphouse through AED, you agree to the following additional terms and conditions:

1. Centralized Bulk Orders

   AED organizes centralized bulk orders twice a year. Place your order on time. The next upcoming order closing dates are as follows:

   • First order: 31/12/2024
   • Second order: 30/06/2025


2. Free Stocking at AED HQ

   AED offers free stocking for all bare lamps at our headquarters. While stored at AED, full ownership remains with the customer.

3. Genuine Products

   All products provided by AED are 100% genuine, ensuring top-quality performance for your equipment.

4. Payment Terms

   Pre-payment is required at the time of order to secure your lamps or refurbishment service.

5. Delivery Terms
   
   
   • 2.5kW - Expected Q1 2025
   • 4kW - Expected Q4 2024
   • 7kW - Expected Q4 2024
   
   
6. Warranty

   Warranty conditions (bare bulbs and refurbish only): Manufacturer's factory warranty applies and is available upon customer request.

7. Measurement Reports

   For refurbishment services, AED will provide measurement reports for both incoming and outgoing products to ensure full transparency and quality control.

8. Refurbishment Process
   
   
   • Place your orders here before the closing date.
   • Customer will receive official Quote by email.
   • Confirm order and make pre-payment.
   • Bulk order will be processed on closing date by AED.
   • Customer will be contacted when order is available at AED.
   • In case of refurbishment, AED will contact you directly to finalize arrangements concerning the planning, shipping, and handling of your projectors and/or lamphouses.
