AED Pop-Up Store & Rental Hub brings AV essentials on site at Tomorrowland

During one of the most intense build-up periods in the events industry, every detail matters. For the many AV professionals working behind the scenes, having quick access to the right materials can make a real difference in keeping work moving smoothly.

To support crews on site and answer a growing demand from the festival, AED group has launched its first dedicated Pop-Up Store & Rental Hub at Tomorrowland, bringing essential AV solutions directly to the heart of the festival’s technical build-up.

From tapes, tools and textiles to rigging equipment and other essentials, the Pop-Up store will be open until July 15 to support crews in the days leading up to the festival, when timelines are tight and quick access to materials matters most.

Supporting professionals where it matters most

The weeks leading up to Tomorrowland are all about speed, efficiency and reliability. Small delays can quickly have an impact on planning, especially when crews need to leave the site to collect additional materials or equipment. By bringing its solutions directly onto the site, AED helps reduce delays, improve workflow and support a more efficient, sustainable build-up by avoiding unnecessary extra transports.

Practical information

The AED Pop-Up Store & Rental Hub can be found at Parking 2, Delivery GATE 1 at De Schorre (Kapelstraat). It is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:00 and will remain on site until 15 July.
