Warranty Period: 2 years

Shipping arrangements:
- For in-warranty repairs, AED will ship the repaired product to the customer with FedEx Regional Economy prepaid.
  Customer is responsible for inbound freight expense to return the product to AED.
- For out-of-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight expenses.

Warranty excludes wearing parts like chain, hooks, friction discs etc... and can only be granted if both the inspection before initial operation and the periodic inspections can be presented.
