- Warranty period:
- Tungsten and HID fixtures, dimmers and electronic devices : 2 years.
Are excluded : Electronics parts (fuses, IC’s), optical parts (lenses, iris, sockets, bulbs).
- All LED fixtures : 3 years, and 5 years for certain LED arrays (does not cover lumen maintenance or color maintenance).

- Shipping arrangements: The customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound freight expenses
