At AED the Netherlands, we’re looking for a Business Developer who’s ready to move forward, take the lead, and gets energy from building things — business, relationships, and results.

Your role

In short: you’ll make sure both existing and new clients get the most out of AED’s toolbox.

You deepen existing customer relationships and actively pursue new market opportunities.
You spot opportunities at clients and think, “AED can do more here.”
You develop smart propositions and partnerships — and drive them internally to execution.
You work closely with the sales, rental, and logistics teams to ensure deals are actually deliverable.
You keep an eye on the market and competition, bringing fresh ideas back into the organization. Not just talking about growth — but actually realizing it.

Your profile

You get energy from meeting new people, having new conversations, and discovering new opportunities.
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, ask questions, push forward, and get in the room.
You think commercially — but with substance and realism.
You have a feel for technology, or at least an interest in AV and events (knowledge is a big plus).
You can work independently, but you understand that success comes from teamwork.
You’re curious, sharp, and not afraid to share new ideas.
