Your role

Providing customer support and consultation via phone and email
Handling and processing rental inquiries from existing and new customers
Managing equipment planning and allocation
Close collaboration with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
Coordinating communication between management, sales, and customers

Your profile

Completed training in event technology or relevant professional experience is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Strong customer and service-oriented mindset
Independent and structured way of working
Motivated, reliable, and communicative personality
Good written and spoken English skills
